WebHostingRegistration.com provides an Internet hosting, web design, website maintenance, internet marketing, and domain name registration service.

WebHostingRegistration.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by WebHostingRegistration.com when WebHostingRegistration.com decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

SERVICE USE

WebHostingRegistration.com reserves the right to refuse service and / or access to its servers to anyone.

WebHostingRegistration.com do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any United States Law or Local regulations.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of WebHostingRegistration.com. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" information about such material or advertising for such material.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY

Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. WebHostingRegistration.com may implement the following policy to its sole discretion: When a website found to be monopolising the resources available, the account holder will be contacted in order to discuss the situation. If no arrangement can be reached, WebHostingRegistration.com reserves the right to terminate the account.

CANCELLATION

WebHostingRegistration.com reserves the right to cancel services at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rated refund based upon the remaining period of hosting. This excludes domain registration which will not be refunded. If a full refund is given then all rights to the registered domain will pass to WebHostingRegistration.com. If a customer contravenes WebHostingRegistration.com’s terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Customers may cancel their account at any time, by giving 1 months notice in writing. No refunds on the remaining period will be given.

Fees charged for additional services are on a prepay basis, refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

INDEMNIFICATION

Registered users agree that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold WebHostingRegistration.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against WebHostingRegistration.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WebHostingRegistration.com against liabilities arising out of;

(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with WebHostingRegistration.com servers;

(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;

(3) copyright infringement and

(4) any defective products sold to customer from WebHostingRegistration.com servers.

TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT

Technical phone support is offered to all customers of WebHostingRegistration.com seven days a week.

Technical support is also offered via eMail and our live help system..

Technical support via our support line is offered 9am to 5pm PST, Monday to Friday and 11am to 5pm PST, Saturday to Sundays.

EXCESS DATA TRANSFER / BANDWIDTH

Excess used data transfer / bandwidth is currently charged at $5.00 per 1 GB / month. Discounts are available on high usage accounts.

Please contact support if you require a custom bandwidth plan.

BACKUP

Although our servers are backed up to help ensure data integrity, it is assumed customers back up all their data files locally. Our machines are RAID 5 with multiple hot swap spare drives, we also offer daily and weekly backup of all machines for complete disaster recovery. Individual files may be restored at the management's discretion.

WebHostingRegistration.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. WebHostingRegistration.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. WebHostingRegistration.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by WebHostingRegistration.com and its employees. WebHostingRegistration.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
