WebHostingRegistration.com provides an Internet hosting, web design, website maintenance, internet marketing, and domain name registration service.

AFFRONTS TO ETIQUETTE

Unacceptable activities include spamming (sending unsolicited advertising to those with which the customer has no existing business relationship, posting off-topic advertising in newsgroups); spoofing (using a return email address which is not the valid reply address of the sender or sending an email message which does not contain enough information to enable the recipient to identify the party who is really sending the message; passive spamming (promoting a web site hosted by WebHostingRegistration.com by spamming from some other source), trolling (posting controversial messages in newsgroups to generate responses), mailbombing (inundating a user with email without any serious intent to correspond), generating a higher volume of outgoing mail than a normal user (over 10% of available system resources), and subscribing someone else to an electronic mailing list without that person's permission. A message is considered unsolicited if it is posted in violation of a newsgroup charter or sent to a recipient who has not requested the message. Making an email address available to the public does not constitute a request to receive messages. Distribution of mass emailing programs is also prohibited. All recipients on a mailing list must have personally subscribed. Mailing lists may not be used to distributed unsolicited email. Any customer repeatedly "mailbombed" or that attracts such behavior will be asked to leave. SERVICE USE

WebHostingRegistration.com reserves the right to refuse service and / or access to its servers to anyone.

HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY

Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. WebHostingRegistration.com may implement the following policy to its sole discretion: When a website found to be monopolising the resources available, the account holder will be contacted in order to discuss the situation. If no arrangement can be reached, WebHostingRegistration.com reserves the right to terminate the account.

CANCELLATION

WebHostingRegistration.com reserves the right to cancel services at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rated refund based upon the remaining period of hosting. This excludes domain registration which will not be refunded. If a full refund is given then all rights to the registered domain will pass to WebHostingRegistration.com. If a customer contravenes WebHostingRegistration.com’s terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Customers may cancel their account at any time, by giving 1 months notice in writing. No refunds on the remaining period will be given.

Fees charged for additional services are on a prepay basis, refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

GOVERNING LAW

The WebHostingRegstration.com website, WebHostingRegistration.com Global Server and all services provided on or through the WebHostingRegistration.com website, or the WebHostingRegistration.com Global Server are subject to United States Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Jose, California, United States of America.

Violations of these Acceptable Uses Policies should be referred to abuse@WebHostingRegistration.com

All complaints will be investigated promptly.
